The Supply Register is recruiting Enrolment Officers to support Newcastle College during its busy enrolment period. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with strong administration, customer service, and IT skills who enjoy working with people and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As an Enrolment Officer, you will play a key role in welcoming prospective students, processing enrolments, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience during one of the college’s busiest times of the year.

The Role

As an Enrolment Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting students throughout the enrolment process
• Accurately inputting and updating student information on college systems
• Checking and verifying documentation
• Providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors
• Responding to enquiries both in person and via email
• Assisting with administrative tasks and data entry
• Supporting college staff during the busy enrolment period
• Ensuring records are maintained accurately and confidentially

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

✅ Strong IT skills and confidence using databases and Microsoft Office
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
✅ Professional and approachable manner
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Desirable:

⭐ Previous administration experience
⭐ Experience working within education, student services, or customer-facing roles
⭐ Experience handling sensitive information and documentation
